Programs

The Millennium Kids’s preschool curriculum has been developed based on Sequential Learning and Developmental of children across varying ages between 2-6 years. We have carefully developed a unique approach for each age group, keeping in mind their growth pattern and skills.

At Millennium Kids Play School, we offer a range of classes to support the developmental needs of young children. Our classes are designed to provide a fun and engaging learning experience that encourages children to explore, play, and learn.

Our toddler classes are for children aged 2 to 3 years old. These classes provide a warm and nurturing environment where children can develop their social skills, language skills, and physical coordination. Our teachers use a play-based approach to learning that focuses on exploration, discovery, and creativity. We provide a range of age-appropriate activities such as art, music, movement, and sensory play.

Our pre-school classes are for children aged 3 to 5 years old. These classes focus on developing early literacy and math skills, as well as promoting social and emotional development. We use a hands-on approach to learning that encourages children to ask questions, experiment, and problem-solve. Our curriculum includes activities such as reading, writing, math games, science experiments, and creative arts.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer enrichment classes that provide children with additional opportunities to learn and grow. These classes include music, dance, yoga, and language classes.

Our classes are taught by experienced and dedicated teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. We maintain a low teacher-to-student ratio to ensure that each child receives individualized attention and support.

At Millennium Kids Play School, we believe that every child is unique and deserves to have their individual needs and interests met. Contact us today to learn more about our classes and how we can help your child thrive!

These levels are explained in detail below:

  • Playgroup (Age: 2-3 years)

The Playgroup program is, designed to cater to the learning requirements of children between the age group of 2-3 years. We give special care and attention to these children and help them overcome separation anxiety. The program designed for this age group is a combination of various fun-filled activities that match up to the kid’s growing desire to be independent. We mainly emphasize on active exploration, manipulation and sensorial learning and introduce the child to new ideas and concepts. We help them strengthen their thinking skills such as understanding, problem solving and reasoning.

Through exposure to drama and imaginative play we help them develop abilities in cooperative play, self-expression, positive relationships and much more.

  • Nursery (Age: 3-4 years)

The Nursery program is designed to cater to the developmental requirements of children between 3-4yrs. We help them build a strong base in phonics, to improve their reading skills. Children learn to speak the alphabet in a sequential, rhyming manner and also write alphabets in the upper case. They are encouraged to frame and speak simple sentences using words learnt through themes. We also encourage their creativity and imaginative skills, through story-telling sessions and circle-time sessions. The understanding of numbers and pre-math skills builds critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Through role plays and group games, children learn more about themselves, others and their environment.

  • Lower KG - Kindergarten (Age: 4-5 years)

The LKG program prepares children for the next level of socio-emotional development and academic, social, and physical skills. The levels of facilitating, learning, and participation are higher. We help them master reading and writing long and short vowels, blending, diagraphs, rhyming, and comprehension. This prepares children to move on to two and three-letter word recognition. Children are also introduced to a 2nd language. They develop a knack for following rules, when participating in games & other collective activities throughout themes.

They are actively guided in the use of socially appropriate behaviour in their interactions with others.

  • Upper KG - Kindergarten (Age 5-6 years)

Designed for 5-6 year olds, the Upper KG program prepares children for formal schooling. Children develop excellent reading skills through an emphasis on consonant blend sounds. They are also introduced to ‘Addition’ & ‘Subtraction’ with the help of the concept ‘One Less’ & ‘One More’. Children are given, the opportunity to master concepts such as ascending and descending, and learn about ordinal and cardinal numbers. These activities allow children to gear up for the competitive atmosphere of formal schooling.

The unique combination of fun & learning lays a concrete foundation for the children to become lifelong learners.
